Call check-in:
When our candidates are commencing work with new clients or on new sites, a Dunwood representative calls the candidate at 5.45am to ensure that they are on the way to work and that there are no issues that will prevent them from turning up on time.
We keep you informed:
If an employee is late or there are issues with a candidate getting to site, the designated Client Representative will contact you prior to candidates being due on site and a replacement will be organised if required.
Transportation support for candidates:
Dunwood Recruitment provide vehicles to our candidates if required to ensure that they can get to sites in hard to reach areas and not easily accessible by public transport.
Excellent customer service:
We provide a dedicated Client Representative that is available 24 hours a day if required.
